What is your returns policy?

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with the product you have purchased we will be happy to exchange it or offer you a refund at the purchase price.

How do I return an item?

Simply return the item to us within 30 days of delivery date via insured parcel post or UPS to Pharmacy NZ 171 Thames St, Oamaru, New Zealand.

Are there any Return Conditions?

• Returned products must be in like new condition, with original packaging and materials.
• A receipt must accompany any returns
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied towards your refund.
