How to use for best results?

1. Ensure inside of shoe is clean and dry before use.
2. Remove plastic backing.
3. Look for a marking to indicate Left (L) versus Right (R) insole
4. Place insole in the correct shoe, sticky side down.
5. Place the insole so that the raised area of the insole makes direct contact with the arch of your foot.
6. Reposition as needed so that the arch support fits under any natural arch of the foot.
7. Replace after 6 months or first signs of wear.
8. To remove the insole, pull it slowly & gently out of the shoes.

How to clean this product?

To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak).
