How to use for best results?

Use both Arnica plus oral and cream forms together.  Do not apply the cream to broken skin. Follow the standard "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged. A health professional should always be consulted if the injuries are serious.

Dosage Recommendation:

Acute case: Administer 2 sprays in the mouth at 15 minute intervals. You may administer up to 6 doses, then reduce to 3 times during the day as required.
Chronic case: Administer 2 sprays in the mouth 3 times a day as needed.
