We ordered 2 Fashy hot water bottles - 1 colour was out of stock (someone else bought the last 1 in store that day) so I was quickly offered a refund or alternative. Lovely NZ small business. The staff were very helpful and kind, and the hotties are excellent quality. We will definitely be shopping here again :)
